What updates to the left panel buttons? I have the update too but didn't realize those buttons have also changed. Please educate!

This was quite literally what I said to myself under my breath after my 20th attempt of reaching out to them. Unfortunately I think the crack is now so long that it's beyond Safelite. The more I own the car, the less I think I can recommend the brand..which is so sad to me cos I am a shareholder...

Got a cracked windshield and the crack is getting longer by the day. Service is completely unresponsive to multiple attempts via multiple channels...phone, sms, multiple emails, voice mails, the phone just connects to VM and can't speak to a real person. Extremely frustrating...not seen it this...

I turned off Bluetooth OF THE CAR ...from the pilot panel...and Voila .. app still updates ..car sleeps...nagging thing is that when driving I have to turn it back on ...I just played with it the last 24hrs and results appear to be reproducible...I'll keep playing with it and report back for...

I get it..I've lived a fob free life for a year or so and it's great but the PAAK is simply not reliable enough and tarnishes my experience with the car. I'm not sure how your phone+car play so well together but I assure you it's my preferred setup as well to carry as little as possible...sadly...

Yeah I've been using the fob as well since last two weeks and have the auto open of car handle turned off...I still have the mobile app as a key setup but still use the fob daily and press the handle when wanting to get it..

I tend to agree that it appears to be the phone not the car...having said that, I also suspect that Android Auto from the car aggressively tries to connect to the phone so it may be interfering somehow...I'll never know. As of now the widget is updating every so often but not waking the car up...

Zero% loss overnight after shutting my phone off all night...the buttons on my widget are finally greyed out..the fun part? The widget states that the data updated just one minute ago...so...the app is connected to the phone AND yet the buttons on the widget are greyed out which is how it should...

Yeah still continuing to lose charge. Yes, both fobs are accounted for...one I do not use never had a battery inserted...the one I use is inside a faraday cage....I'm gonna sleep with my phone shut off completely...let's see tomorrow what happens...I just charged my car before bed to...

I've had my mobile Bluetooth off and battery from fob removed for over 3hrs now and my car is still connected to my phone (Because the buttons on my widget are active not greyed out) and the car continues to lose charge... Yesterday I charged it up to 90%..and now it's 3pm it's at 70%...20% loss...

Sorry forgot to mention...key fob loves inside a strong faraday cage box ...issue is mobile key. Yea I lock the car when I walk away.

So my 2023 AT won't go to sleep. My garage and bedroom is fairly close to one another but I pause my Lucid app to disconnect any comms between app and car. Losing 15% charge just sitting there all day not sleeping. Fixes? Thoughts?
