My Sapphire came with them from the factory but had them removed when the guy was doing the clear bra. When my Dream went in for service they offered to put them on and did.

Did a launch in my Dream with a friend that was wearing flip flops. His feet slid back out of the flip flops and that is how he describes the launch to everyone.
