Can't they spend an afternoon to check the features before pushing an update. No wonder they have to sell new flagship SUV at 0% interest because no one wants to buy it.
I’ve already posted pictures showing this is a false statement and maps aren’t broken. They worked before and they work now

But did you put them on Youtube? They don't count unless they're on Youtube.I’ve already posted pictures showing this is a false statement and maps aren’t broken. They worked before and they work now
I don't know how to explain it to you, but the offline maps are broken. I even took a video of itI’ve already posted pictures showing this is a false statement and maps aren’t broken. They worked before and they work now
Well I don’t know how to explain it to you as I have pictures showing it isn’t the update that’s broken. It’s your car, probably due to some setting or stuck bit somewhere.I don't know how to explain it to you, but the offline maps are broken. I even took a video of it![]()
If it was working before the update, and not working after the update, the update is broken or the update broke something. Just because it didn't happen on every car, doesn't mean the problem isn't a bug that needs to be addressed.Well I don’t know how to explain it to you as I have pictures showing it isn’t the update that’s broken. This explains it. You downloaded all the states and there is nothing left for others to download.Well I don’t know how to explain it to you as I have pictures showing it isn’t the update that’s broken. It’s your car, probably due to some setting or stuck bit somewhere.
Nah mine don’t work anymore either and can’t download them. 26 Air.Well I don’t know how to explain it to you as I have pictures showing it isn’t the update that’s broken. It’s your car, probably due to some setting or stuck bit somewhere.
And did you reset everything and start from scratch? Or just apply the 2.11 update? If it was working before the update, and not working after the update, the update is broken or the update broke something. What do I need to do to reset the maps? I did reset whatever the release notes said. And did you reset everything and start from scratch? Or just apply the 2.11 update?
Yes, I am in communication with Lucid. I sent them the issues and I get the generic replies. I wish I knew of these issues before I got the car. I am posting so people can know about issues with the car before they make their choice. I am also hoping that Lucid will take some action to fix my car.So are you looking for advice on workarounds for the problems you're posting? Or just venting?
You realize this website is not an official communication line to Lucid.. I hope you're in touch with support about these problems. Complaining about them on the internet accomplishes nothing.
Please document it and send it to them.Nah mine don’t work anymore either and can’t download them. 26 Air.

I suggested a reset due to the nature of the update, if no one decides to try this then I can’t help.I tend to reboot before and after an update. And I've rebooted multiple times since, and I've reset my Bluetooth multiple times (for unrelated reasons)
If a factory reset is required to recover from an update then I say again, that's a broken update.
1) Does a Factory Reset clear the Trip A and Trip B data? A lot of us have "Efficiency Since Delivery" recorded this way.I suggested a reset due to the nature of the update
1: trip data remained untouched1) Does a Factory Reset clear the Trip A and Trip B data? A lot of us have "Efficiency Since Delivery" recorded this way.
2) I've seen posts (sometimes elsewhere) that suggest people have been stuck in the base version after a Factory Reset, and required service to get the car back up-to-date. Perhaps this was only an issue in the past?
1: trip data remained untouched
2: not sure about that, reset doesn’t undo firmware updates. Can you point to anyone being stuck?
I've also noticed apparent accumulation effect of weird behaviors, despite countless reboots and recent driver profile refreshes.
It reminds me of how Windows OS gets bogged down over time, eventually requiring a fresh install.
I found the Factory Reset option in Settings and performed it yesterday, just to see what happens.
On the surface it looked just like deleting and creating a new driver profile, but maybe it clears something on a deeper level, we'll see.
However, the full seat recline upon entry, which was new to me, happened after the Factory Reset, so maybe new gremlins move...
As others have noted, some have had issues with a full factory reset, so I'm not inclined to try it until Lucid suggests it.I suggested a reset due to the nature of the update, if no one decides to try this then I can’t help.
Lots of sw based systems strongly suggest a reset after a major update. And this is a significant update when you consider it’s a combination of new he and new sw features. From what I can determine from here is you may be better off starting from scratch. Meaning forget the car connections and app from your phone and forget your phone from the car.
I have done this and so have others and it resolved or avoided issues. But you do your own thing.
