Lucid Air 3.0 update broke offline maps

I was talking to my service advisor when I was setting up the appointment for the CCCv2 upgrade. He told me that the upgrade rolls the car all the way back to version 1.0 and that they then have to install each subsequent update. Not sure I believe that is necessary but if it gets done, fine by me!

Just got off a call with customer service. They said that the offline maps is a know issue and they are aware of it. They do not know when it will be fixed.
