Took delivery of a 2026 Gravity in late June. Major regrets.
1. Does not come with Homelink. Sales person advised I could use the $500 “accessory” credit for that ($350!!!). Was told credit would come within two weeks. Did not. Had to call sales to get a code. Called accessories and was told the credit is not eligible for Homelink! Had to call the dealer and they agreed to compensate me for that and they would connect with Service. Got a notice that I would hear from the service center in Chicago )I’m in CO. Sent them a message about why a Chicago center and not Denver (where I took possession). NO response. Tried to call customer service 4 hours before closing and was on hold for extended time, disconnected but advised they would call me. No call received! Called back next morning. No live agent. Had to leave a call back again! By this time, car did an update but now the data and location services sharing not working! Called, no connection to a live agent. Received a call back but not able to rectify the problem and was advised a service ticket would be issued (again, no follow up or reach out by Lucid). After 5 days, emailed service and two days have passed with no response. Just got in the car and see notice of software update but no way to initiate the update. Customer service is closed. I’m lost on an island and no one at Lucid has reached out, followed up or responded to communications. One of the worst client experiences I have ever had. They are not ready to compete with Rivian or Tesla
