Air software version 2.10.0

Anyone else having this issue?

Since 2.10.0, the pull down tab for the Music app keeps disappearing on the pilot panel. (See pic) This isn’t a problem for the navigation tab

I keep having to do an Air reset to get it back. @marqie Is this a known issue?
Not that I’ve noticed

I'm on 2.10.0 and have been quite a while, but recently have seen some strange things. The other day my leftmost screen went dark. (The one with light and wiper controls). Reset brought it back. Yesterday my satellite maps disappeared. I still had the basic streetmaps. A reset brought them back. Today I had a front camera warning. Camera was fine. Reset brought it back. It's like what will be the surprise tomorrow? 2.10.0 has been uneventful for several weeks. Now it, or something else has become a circus.

Yeah 2.10 has been odd for me too...earlier today I lost all cameras ..all meaning all...then my Spotify wouldn't work...crashes more than what I'm used to now... Bluetooth doesn't connect unless I force from my phone...wife phone also behaves same way and it's from ad different mfr...lost GPS navigation the other day and it showed that I'm in San Francisco while I live and was in Houston.....the irritating factor of this software is high..very unreliable software... Every morning I start the car. I wonder what else is going to be broken today in the software

Is it supposed to be possible to apply updates off of Wi-Fi still? Maybe I missed it but I thought I’d eventually get things but I’m still stuck on 2.8.30

Call CS. At this point you are two updates behind and it is unlikely to spontaneously resolve itself. It is a large update, so make sure you are connected to wi-fi and it is working well.

Once the car notifies you it's ready to update, it has already been fully downloaded so Wi-Fi is not necessary. My car has never been connected to Wi-Fi and it downloaded 2.10 with no issue.

I have been on 2.10 for quite a while and have noticed intermittent issues with blank screens, including the upper display. Until now, I have just done a soft reset and moved on.
However, I have now had the rear camera fail for the third time, and on this occasion a soft reset did not restore it. Parking the car and coming back to it later brought the camera back. I’m not going to make a big deal out of it since my car will likely be going back to Lucid in a few weeks at the end of my lease, but it is concerning that an update intended to fix bugs seems to have introduced—or at least coincided with—several new glitches.

Wondering if updated faster processor functions better and avoids such glitches, as I am considering leasing or buying another..

Nope. I upgraded my ccc and the rear camera has failed on me a few times since 2.10

Have these failures persisted or required Lucid service? I also updated my CCC on my 2022 Air GT and noticed much improved SiriusXM performance when used simultaneously with Lucid navigation after the CCC update, as well as overall snappier performance.

I have noticed that Tidal also can do Master Quality with CCCv2 as well.

That’s a hardware issue of some kind. My rear camera has not failed me in many, many months.

I connected to WiFi briefly but where I park it can’t actually reach my house WiFi so it kept failing to download and I turned it off. That seemed to unstick it and it eventually downloaded over mobile about a week later.

I dunno maybe a more niche use case but in case other people don’t use WiFi due to battery drain issues this may help move it forward.

With all the problems posted here regarding 2.10 and the extreme ugliness of the ‘seat belt not fastened’ graphic replacing the elegant graphic showing the seats, I decided not to update my vehicle this time. I’m going to keep hitting ‘remind me later’ button instead of ‘install now’ until they clean up the bugs and bring back the sophisticated driving experience by not placing an ugly graphic in front of me which looks to be done by a 5th grader for a 1980 Lincoln LTD wagon.

Why, with all the problems that Lucid could be solving, they decided to make a whole bunch of new problems for us to complain about. This is inexcusable, Lucid. PLEASE get your act together.

Then you will never update your vehicle. The seatbelt graphic isn't going anywhere. It's to meet NHTSA's new requirements. And honestly I dont mind it . Quicker to interpret.

I guess I really don't understand what the fuss about the seat belt warning is all about. The first thing I do when I get into any car is fasten my seat belt. So I didn't even see the new warning in my Lucid until I finally got in and put it in reverse before fastening my seat belt. Only saw it that one time and now I'm back to my usual practice so don't see it. I also always wait for all my passengers to fasten their seat belts before putting the car in gear.

Note that if you do not update your vehicle you may find yourself out of warranty until you do.

Also, that graphic is not going anywhere.

Do your thing.

Yup.

I am sure Lucid is reading this , and they will do something about if they can. unless, it is a regulation, then they can not do anything

Just update the car and move on with your life , there are many things that worth your attention and I am sure a small graphic design for 10 seconds is not one of them

I've experienced this. I've also had it present, but unclickable.
