Gravity Delivery Discussion

My GGT order has flipped to “In Production” and appears to have a VIN (or pre-VIN). My GDE order shows nothing new. My SA hasn’t contacted me, and hasn’t responded to my last two emails (one late last week, one yesterday). I only want to keep one. Hoping I can get some info soon.

Just got a VIN and a 6-weeks-out notice from my SA on this config, ordered 6/17/25 - GGT, AG, Tahoe, 20/ 21, Stealth, DDP, Dynamic Handling, Power, Comfort, Towing. So pumped!!!!!

Does your order page say In Production or just Order Confirmed still? Asking because I ordered a similar config at the end of May and haven’t heard anything yet.

I had an SA who filled in briefly while my SA was in a meeting, tell me the same.

Show them the Lucid press release. The adapters with a Gravity is mentioned in paragraph 5.

Substitute SA found both adapters in center console storage area.

Cool, thank you!! The press release is really helpful. If the SA doesn’t have any control over this then I’m not going to battle text with him about it. Will double check that they are included at delivery and if not raise the issue with the studio.

Looking for winter floor mats for Gravity. Checked Linerx. They are in Maryland and looking for a Gravity to scan to be able to make them. Anyone able to stop by and get scanned? I’m in Colorado

I am in MD. Had no idea they were in MD. I’d be happy to stop by. Do you have a contact there? You can DM me @Bbettis0906.

I just emailed them and am scheduling a time to go in this week to get the Gravity scanned! Will keep you posted.

I’ve had White interiors on two of our Teslas. Oddly enough the Yosemite of Lucid is not “white enough” for me and my family. I, and they, all through it looked a little dingy when we first saw it because or the slight blue tinting of it. I like it because it stays cooler than darker colors so I’ll probably stick with it but Ojai was going to be my second choice.

We did not like the Yosemite (white) interior at all when we saw it under showroom lighting because of that blue tint. However, when we went for a test drive a few weeks later at a different studio and were put in an Aurora Green with Yosemite interior, we promptly switched the order for our second Gravity DE to the Yosemite interior. (We have the Tahoe in our first Gravity DE, and those are the only two interiors available in the Dream Editions.)

Actually, we took a friend to the test drive, and all three of us were very much taken with the Yosemite interior when seen in sunlight where the blue tinge disappears.

I put in a reservation for a Grand Touring on December 16, 2024. I upgraded that order (due to the Lucid notification that some of my options would not be available) on April 25, 2025. My present order is for Quantum Grey (stealth) with 20"/21" wheels, Mojave Purluxe Premium interior, Dream Drive 2 premium and the Comfort and Convenience upgrade. My SA told me that the car should go into production in October and be ready for delivery in the November time frame. Don't know that I actually think the SA has any good information, but fingers are crossed.

Guess you picked the right configuration they were already planning to build. What was the config?

Aurora Green Metallic, Yosemite Purluxe Premium Interior, 20" Front / 21" Rear Voyager Onyx Grey Wheels, Stealth Appearance and Front and Rear Motor, All-Wheel Drive

It would be great if they could create both a 7 seater and 5 seater combo. The Lucid store currently only offers the 7 seater mats.
There’s no difference for the mats, is there? You’d use all the pieces of the 7 seater still. If you have the five seater, the second row still has the motors, so you’d need and want the same protection in the “gap” area behind the second row…that’s probably why they only sell one variation.

I wonder if being in Arizona changes the priority od delivery?
Was wondering the same thing. I told my SA that I intend to take delivery in Arizona (Phoenix is a 5-6 hour drive for me) but they did not seems to acknowledge that. If it impacts priority I might email again to make sure they understand.

I don't really expect my vehicle will be assigned anytime soon regardless given I order only recently and it has the tech package.

I wonder if being in Arizona changes the priority od delivery?
I don’t think so. My SA and I sat at her computer and looked at the vehicles in the queue. Since I’m leasing, I’m a little less picky on options. In the end I looked at a number of vehicles that were close to my wish list and which would be delivered before November 1st. The one I’ve ordered might be delivered before October 1st. My perfect configuration likely wouldn’t have made it this year.
