I live in Cincinnati. Mobile service has been great since receipt of my car in 2022. Very reasonable scheduling/response time. Only time it had to go to a service center (rather than mobile tech), is when they notified me of a gratis high voltage battery replacement. And they sent covered transport, at Lucid’s cost, to pick-up and return the car( including providing me with a GT loaner.
- I live in Columbus and am considering ordering an Air to replace my '14 model S. I'm in a bit if a pickle. I don't want to order without having ridden or driven one. I'm not going to Chicago anytime soon. I looked on Turo and there's none in town. No used models anywhere close either. Any suggestions?
