It does not...because it's lined in fabric haha, but I BET someone will invent an insert you can put in there and then you'd have to make your own drain hole.
Has anyone tried fitting a full size suitcase in there? like the ones that need to be checked in while flying

No, but I fit a carryon suitcase in *just* the bottom level of it and could cover it no problem

I wouldn’t be surprised if the carry on goes below - and the full size fits on top without problem.

We use Tumi luggage (nothing full size though) and we can fit 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks into the frunk with room to spare
