    Hey,
    I'm planning to close on a new Lucid GT on Monday and have filled out the paperwork. Can I use your referral code? Has it been used more than 3 time this year? The sales guy says I have to use a code that is still active in the current year, and if I use a code that's been used too many times, I can't change to another.

    Thanks, and thanks for checking. Would you mind telling me how you able to know how many times it has been used. I got another response from someone, but the person didn't know if his had been used yet or how many times, so I wasn't sure if it was valid

    In the app, they can check referrals under their account. Online in the owner's portal under the referral program will show how many have been used.

    Thinking of buying A Lucid touring or GT in the next few months. likely A Certified pre owned...so many in the market with big price drops...Not many are seen on the roads but many are out for resale already within 25000 miles...makes me concerned why people don't like the car soon after buying?? I bought the RIT Rivian and gave it off within 6 months because service was unsatisfactory and range dropped very quickly if I went faster than 70mph

    Software could be better, it's stable but feature poor. All cars lose their charge much quicker when above 70mph. I would rent a Lucid on Turo before you buy.

    Just kind of curious from a policy standpoint... As a new Pure owner, and a relative newcomer to the forum, I'm kind of sorry to see how much discussion revolves around LCID stock. I get that Lucid's performance and viability is important to owners, as it is important to me as a shareholder, but there seems to be a lot of those discussions, and a few even seem to take on the pumper/dumper tone of message boards like Yahoo Finance. I wish I didn't have to sort my way through all of that in order to focus on the car and the ownership experience. I wondered what your thoughts were on that.

    Hi Bob, we tend to normally let things take their natural course with discussions. With regard to the stock specifically, we try our best to keep it contained in the investor subforum. There will, on occasion, be instances of it leaking out, but we do our best to try and steer stuff back towards topics. As such, we've organized the forum to keep topics kind of separate as well, but are open to suggestions on how to better lay it out if the current layout doesn't make sense.

    We don't like to censor, but there have certainly been times where conversations get out of hand and we end up either locking those threads or deleting posts altogether that are too outside what this forum is for, which is to discuss the car and the company.

    Hydbob, in regards to the survey item "Scheduled charging either via app or car" can the post be made more specific? For example, I would like to see the ability to adjust the AC Current via the car charging screen and/or the mobile app as I need to plug into dryer outlets on occasion and at home I do not necessarily want the vehicle to pull the maximum current.

    Hi Jeff, since they've introduced scheduled charging, I'd think that this would be a natural progression in options. Will include it in the next survey

    The easier reset idea is something I have asked for from Lucid, as I have had to reset several times. It wastes about 10–15 minutes and if the weather is bad, or I am in a bad neighborhood, it is a problem. I would want that also to be on my phone app (Sometimes the panels go blank, and the reset would not be on the console), but that could be a problem as well if for example a wife sets reset on to piss of the hubby. Of course, I want the time based charging on feature since I have free night electricity

    Garage doors as well can cause injury. Not pulling fully into the garage can cause damage to the car. Also, if an obstruction is hit, the garage door reverses after crushing whatever and the door is left open. My opinion is that Lucid should not be a part of this as it creates product liability. Other items such as turning off lane correction may also create a liability situation. I have found it pretty easy to ignore that little feedback correction when I am changing lanes without using my turn signals.

    Hydbob, Good survey. I voted on maybe 5 or 6 of the items. As someone who has geo fencing and automation on the entry gate and garage door, I am strongly against gate or garage operation automatically. My Lucid is in the shop right now because of a gate closing on it while pulling in. I am mostly responsible for that, since I programmed it. Anyway, about 3k of damage. My point is that some of these gates have enough power to injure someone as well as damaging a vehicle in the path. It looks like I will have to split this message up..

    I hind Lucid’s lans correction feature about as helpful as a drunk teenager, call me, old-fashioned, but I’ve survived, driving 60 years without this feature, and will continue to do so. Right now I believe it’s more of a danger than to help.

    #D mats? I just picked up my Air Touring on Dec 27th with white floor mats. All this rain is killing me! are the D mats an option of winter or can we buy mats of a different color than stock? Appreciate the help
