The big 2-hour update, which I hope will deliver the features for which I’ve been waiting a year, has arrived and is being installed now. Looking forward to the drive to work this morning.

Update: Update completed. Waiting for report back from service rep. I would recommend holding off on installing this update.
Positive: Displays now come alive immediately.
Negatives: 1) No radio stations displaying. All blanks.
2) Surround camera no longer loads. Big problem when backing up, or parking.
3) Autopark not working.
4) No noticeable improvement in lane assist. Car bounces back and forth between lines.

Very sorry to hear that the update did not go well. There are a few threads already ongoing on the Mother of All Updates (MOAU). I installed last night, and it’s working beautifully, including surround cameras now showing my car is red (I never knew that before!). No noted bugs so far for me, but I never use Autopark. There should be no changes to lane assist, as Highway Assist is in a future update.
YMMV (clearly), but so far the update has been working well for many folks though clearly there are still ongoing issues. Definitely the right move to contact customer service, as there will unfortunately be variations in experience. When was your car produced or delivered?

PSA: Please don’t hold off on installing this update, this one experience notwithstanding. Re: lane keep assist, that hasn’t changed; highway assist isn’t until the next update.
The rest, please make sure customer care / service is addressing. Those are unusual.

Update: Lucid told me they'd push an update to me within 24 hours. Hopefully, that gets my radio, surround camera and parking assist back.

Received an update within 4 hours, which was much appreciated. Surround camera is now working again, but still no radio stations. I can only receive satellite radio. Has anyone else lost their ability to listen to local radio stations?

I have installed 2.0.18. My surround camera isn’t working either Michael. What version update fixed it for you?

Question-which update asks to leave key fob in car? I just got 2.0.15 and took a page of notes. I did not leave the fob in the car.
Just a note that while this may be out for some my studio advisor (SA) reiterated that it is being pushed out in waves. There does not appear to be a way for my SA to check on when scheduled download will occur and does not know how long it will be before any update is delivered to car. My car has not yet received this update even though I have been told for a few weeks that the software may fix my not functioning navigation system that has not worked since the car’s delivery. I am continuing to semi-patiently wait for this update but unsure if it will resolve nav issue (car thinks it is still at Costa Mesa delivery center).

I’m running 2.0.18. I don’t know if they sent me a patch, but it was a 55 minute install, and the surround camera started working. Do you have radio stations?

I do not use radio. I only use Tidal. But I will check on my next use.
I just woke up….feeling like Christmas morning in anticipation of 2.0.15 being installed last night and ready today.
When I looked at my iPhone, the message was “Unable to install Update”
….anyone have this disappointment? Customer Care said that they’d “Ping” the appropriate department and see if they could “push” it again…I’ll retrieve my key fobs and hope for a better out come when the update fairy visits again

Stuck on 1.2.185
Anytime an update fails, when you receive your notification it's ready to install, unlock and the lock your car again and then leave it for 30 minutes. Then initiate the update after the 30 minutes.
I will try that as soon as they push an update to me, as there is no option that I can see to reinstall a failed update attempt.
Text CS and ask them to repush it.
I actually called and they said that they would contact engineering and that they would get it asap. Contacted about 4 hours ago….I’ve got a better connection and looking forward to the “Push”! Thanks for your knowledgeable replies!
