For those who have their Air, did you add paint protection film on the A Pillars? If you didn't protect the pillars does anyone know if it gets chipped or scratched, does it stand out badly, perhaps black undercoat?

Do you mean the cantrails and the bow? The polished silver pieces? I got those PPF’d.

Yes, got the entire car PPF’d. A-pillar will probably have a higher probability of getting hit by road debris than B or C.
