Was hoping to see if anyone has pictures of the various wheels without the aero inserts? mainly trying to find them for the 19s/20s specifically but also curious what the other options look like without the covers/inserts

Of course range is affected. That is why the aero inserts are there! Probably 2-5%. There are a hundred things Lucid does to get max efficiency and this is one of them.

I understand. I would like to see what people that remove the inserts actually see in range loss.

The wheels look much better naked. The aero inserts look pretty bad. It shows how desperate we can be to squeeze out the last 15-30 miles of range. There is no accurate data to know how much added range from the aero treatment and users of this forum would have no way to measure it. From my experience in automotive engineering in would be 2-5%.

last pic I saw of Zenith Red with the 19s was making me rethink going with 19s, but seeing this makes me rethink my rethink. Great looking!

Took mine out. I wished I had done the day the car arrived as they do scratch the wheels after a few hundred miles. Went from 3.2 to 3.1 mi/kWh. Not noticeable on a long trip.
