I also enjoy driving, and am not that eager for an AI to take over.I've never used Lucid's voice assistant, and likely won't ever. Didn't even know that it was there until I watched a video about it on YouTube! (never tried Lucid's self-parking feature either).
I prefer to enjoy actually driving my Gravity, blasting my favorite tunes through SSPro, while daydreaming and introspecting about life, family, work, next vacation, retirement, and whatever else.
In the last year, I have started having voice conversations with various AIs while on long solo road-trips. I'm an engineer, and am always learning something new. Exploring a new subject with an AI while I drive lays the ground work for more in-depth research while I'm at my desk. Unfortunately, the current generation of AI chat bots all still constantly hallucinate, especially when talking to them about things better learned from text books than reddit. When I'm back at my desk, I fact check what the AI told me on the drive, and constantly discover things it was wrong about. Until the hallucination problem is thoroughly resolved, I'm not eager to put an AI in charge of anything important.
