I hate to keep asking this, but why is a low power (Approx 2-3KW) V2L so hard on the Air? I dont need a transfer system to the house, just a few 110 V sockets like a cheap generator would provide.
Thanks

I recently bought the Roam ‘V2L-V2H’ box for testing. It theoretically takes dc from the vehicle in a reverse DCFC fashion to produce 120V and (single phase) 240V. If possible, I’ll give it a quick try on my air to see if it actually works.

Great!! Keep us posted. Thanks
P.S. Hyundi has figured this out. Why hasn't Lucid?

I think the Gravity has at least one 110v outlet? I may be wrong.

And of those three, each one is capable of 1.8 kW

Be careful! Read the online reviews. It does not seem to be certified, and has an issue, under some conditions, of 220V coming out of the 110 v outlets.

Hopefully, someone will build a certified version and cheaper version.

Interesting. Part of what I’ll also be testing is an auto transformer on the single phase 240V for split phase use. Already purchased from Victron

Yikes!
And we are well aware that the Gravity has 110V outlets - helpful not at all for Air owners 😏 Don't get us started - my Chakras are just recovering from the last V2H thread 😂

Does the Air not have 120V outlets available either standard or as an option (we have a Gravity, but currently have an Air loaner while the Gravity is getting some repairs)?

Gravity doesn't have any 110V outlets. They are all 120V, like the rest of the USA.
The Air does not have 120V outlets.
