I bought my gravity on 12/25. I was promised a beautiful AR HUD. I expected what was shown in the video on the lucid website. There it is still shown to outline the lanes and indicate directions in HUD as AR .

When will this be available including readable font and graphics?

There hasn't been any indication that they are, unless you know something we don't (totally possible btw 🙂)
 
Yes, I do remember that announcement back in March. But Lucid has made no mention of it in their features' roadmap and it was never clear whether this partnership would benefit existing on the road vehicles or just be present in new ones with revised hardware.
To be honest, I sort of wrote it off. I don't get on my car on a daily basis wishing the HUD would have the AR overlay. But I am disappointed that it has been many months since 3.6 and none of the since then promised features have seen the light of day

It’s on the same 10 year development cycle as the new Tesla Roadster. But when it finally does arrive, it will give you a visual experience as if your Gravity is flying.
 
The HUD, as currently implemented, is a complete waste of money and largely redundant a it literally sits right over the actual speedo. Hopefully they can add some meat to it to justify its use.
 
Well, the HUD comes with the power package upgrade which is nice. I think it's more value than DDP which isn't even as good as Super Cruise. I bought DDP for my Air, never touch it, so decided to ignore it for the Gravity. Maybe I will come back in 2-3 years when it's more mature. If the HUD improves, then cool, just some sugar on top of everything else.
 
I had HUD before and now on my GGT. Yes HUD needs more work, however, I use it everyday and liking it more that I adjust my seat to make HUD work the best I can get it.
