Same here. With Lucid its always wait months or years. It never soon or quick.i check the rewards store daily, but nothing yet![]()
My be in few months or few quarters. Its very complex to list new items in rewards storeI also checked with the nearest service center and they had no clue. Btw did anyone notice the rewards store overhaul/redesign in the app? May be the CCCv2 will show up there soon enough
There are not plans to offer CCCv2 update or wheels at this time. I will be sure to let you and the owners on the forum know if this changes. Thanks @marqie. Is it possible to add items like ccv2 upgrade and wheels. Currently, we’ve everything that’s on rewards store. Additional items works help us utilize the points
Check the first post in this thread (the tweet by Nick twork)Has something changed since this was posted?

Moderator PrivilegeSince so many here are generously checking the rewards store every day, I will just sit back and wait for the first two or three posts here that announce they found it.
I love delegating.
I can't get into the referral rewards store this morning. Neither through the app or lucidmotors.com. Possible update in progress, but on a Saturday?
I did get into the $$$ store, which I have not visited in a long time, and noted that the CCCv2 can be ordered there for $950. Has that been there for a while, or is it new? If it's new, perhaps that's a harbinger of good things to come on the referral store.

+100Looks like we are close to R3.0 in Air, now is the best time to get the CCCV2 in reward store as this was delayed too long enough. @marqie anything on this is a great help. If i am not wrong many of our reward points are also up for expiry

I'm guessing that Service Centers don't have the bandwidth for this at the present time given the lead time on appointments. Providing reward redemptions for the CCCv2 would likely make a bad situation worse in addressing the service backlog.Looks like we are close to R3.0 in Air, now is the best time to get the CCCV2 in reward store as this was delayed too long enough. @marqie anything on this is a great help. But at the same time its not helping us owners. It should be a balance between both not like we have to wait until service is fixed ( who knows how long it may take to get that fixed) Also they can let us use the rewards and schedule this on less priority for install. All they have to do is make sole balance rather than ignoring or waiting thus points to expire worth less.I'm guessing that Service Centers don't have the bandwidth for this at the present time given the lead time on appointments. I think given the time it’s taken, people should assume there is some technical issue re: service and why it hasn’t happened yet. I don’t know the answer, and it sounds lame to me tbh, but I suspect “logistics” is indeed the reasonBut at the same time its not helping us owners. Perhaps yes. I am unsure whether they can permit purchases with rewards and schedule them for a later time; if they cannot complete this before EOY, tax implications might also prohibit it. The start may be in 2027.I think given the time it’s taken, people should assume there is some technical issue re: service and why it hasn’t happened yet.
