Window roll down glitch?

My Gravity was sitting in a parking lot during an epic storm involving torrential rain, high winds, and tornado warnings. When the storm passed and I went back out to my car, all four windows were rolled down, and the car was completely waterlogged.

I did not leave the windows rolled down and have never done this. Lucid insists that I rolled them down myself and provided some general time stamps. Due to this, they take no responsibility for the repair.

I have had annoying window issues with my Gravity before, but nothing like this. Wondering if the extreme weather conditions could’ve set off some kind of response with the Halo security system or otherwise, prompting the windows to auto roll down?

Has anyone else dealt with anything similar?

Were they fully rolled down or in the Apps vent position?

Both Front fully rolled down. Both Back in the half down position. I think that’s as far as they go? I don’t have my car to check.

It was not the vent position. Lucid is trying to tell me that I manually rolled the windows down myself before I walked away from the car to go inside the building.

That does sound suspect. If they can check logs they can already know if a hazard or vibration alert was triggered that would put it in some emergency access mode, I don't know if the car auto rolls down windows in a major crash so that getting out is easier...

Its not easy to hit all 4 window buttons down randomly on your way out of the car...

That's weird. I took delivery in June. I'm on 3.6.3 and I don't have that issue. But I do have windows won't roll up issue.

I had a similar glitch today, when I decided to use the vent feature from the app. When the car was done venting, I tapped the vent button, expecting that it'd close the windows - instead it errored out. I went to the parking lot to see what was going on - all windows were up, except for the drivers' one, which was halfway down, I suspect the passenger one on the other side of the car might also have been down halfway, as it proved to be glitching consistently later this evening..
I tested this again in garage this evening - turns out, they all roll down pretty well when you tap on 'vent', but when you tap again - I got 2 windows that are glitching - drivers and rear passenger. Drivers window glitches intermittently, sometimes closing on the second 'vent' tap, but the passenger one glitches consistenly. I tried resetting window switch (full down, full up, holding the up switch for ~30 sec to no avail).

Pictures below of the first tap on 'vent' when all windows seem to be down a few inches and then other pictures of when I tap on 'vent' again, when passengers' and drivers' windows go down halfway, instead of closing, while others close.
Did anyone else have this glitch and was able to solve this without servie appt?
P.S. Car is on 3.6.4 software currently

Window glitches are one of my main anxieties about buying a Gravity. I have no garage to park in (you wouldn't believe the bureaucratic obsticles to putting up covered parking in Lake Tahoe), and I fear coming out to a Gravity filled with snow.

Well, in my case it happened only when I used the "vent' feature in the app. They never glitched without any input from my side, what happened to the OP though is truly terrible, and I totally uderstand how that can unlock the fear of getting a Gravity.

This can be improved by reading less of the forum. My windows have been A-OK.

This has been a known issue. I've had the same problem with my GGT since i got it a year ago. Because of this I will never use the vent window feature. Most of the time it fails to roll up at least one window.

Windows still sometimes go down when I say go up as well.
