No AM/FM Radio - 2024 Air Touring

2024 Lucid Air Touring — AM/FM radio does not receive any stations. FM Radio and AM Radio both show “No Items Available.” Direct Tune was tested by selecting FM and manually entering 103.5, but it also produces no active station. Infotainment reboot was performed with no improvement. (The car has the AM/FM Radio application with Direct Tune, Favorite, FM Radio and AM Radio, but no ALL button.)

Has the radio worked previously and this is a new problem or has it not ever worked? If it worked before, sometimes a "sleep" works when a reset did not.

Yes, reboot the infotainment system - press and hold brake panel, Cancel & Microphone button simultaneously for 10 - 15 seconds.

I have no idea. I purchased it used with 10,400 miles on it. This was my first time trying to listen to the radio.

GPS is working and car is online and responsive in the App? If not you may need to restart the TCU.

Hmm...if you are in Orange county, might be worth dropping by the Costa Mesa service center and letting the service manager take a look. If it needs service though, you probably will have to wait several weeks for an appointment.
