That’s not rude, but it is cynical. Other comments have been rude, and cynical.

Mobile service and service centers should go hand in hand because of the small number of centers and service technicians. Mobile techs allow minor issues to be repaired without an appointment being taken up at a center. Or without spending time and money on shipping and rental/loaners.

The problem is that there appear to be too many issues that cannot be fixed in the field so they require being fixed at an already overwhelmed service center.

Lucid, like Rivian very recently, and Tesla before both, are pushing out vehicles that aren't exactly bulletproof because they need the cash flow and delivery numbers. The only way out of this is to build reliable vehicles, because it sure won't get better of the Cosmos is just 50% better built than the Gravity if they come close to approaching the sales figures they hope to hit.
 
The top question in the reddit was brutal though. There was no good anwers for most of it, and it could very likely become future fodder for people when it doesn't materialize. I'm really suprised they even considered it, or they thought it would be more like "when can I get my new Gravity GT in Utah!" kind of questions.

I certainly agree the postponement was not for "nefarious" reasons. Nor was my question meant to be nefarious.

Nefarious means extremely wicked, immoral, or criminal, often with an underhanded or corrupt intent - Merriam-Webster.

Remember, it was postponed due to scheduling conflicts. That would infer future coinciding events and the Reddit event was postponed to facilitate the more important future event. We would expect a medical emergency to take precedence over the Reddit event - however a long-planned Reddit event was superseded by another scheduled event for Mr. Raphael that was apparently more important. I'm not reading more into the reason for the postponement - heck, I asked a question, not provided an answer - but when the head of sales and service has a more pressing thing to deal with than to take a couple hours out for speaking directly to his existing and future customers - that is REALLY important, simply because optics really do matter.

I hope the Reddit event is rescheduled.

Erwin Raphael gone from governance page and his responsibilities have been taken over by two newcomers. No mention of a job change. 🤔
