Updated to 3.6 a few days ago. GPS today seems frozen on this afternoons location. Reboot 3x still no change. As a side note AA GPS runs off car GPS, so when phone is connected Google maps goes to the afternoon location on my phone and then when I disconnect it the phone reverts to the proper location. still waiting on ddpro calibration but wondering if this will impact that.

You need your TCU reset. This has nothing to do with the update itself, or at least we haven’t seen reports of that here.

But a TCU reset should fix your issues.

Any color on how to do a gravity tcu reset? No plans to try myself but curious what service would do... Step by step

It’s the same process as the Air, which you can find on the forums with a bit of searching (I’m on mobile)

Where it is is a different question; iirc, it’s roughly in the same spot, but I don’t remember for sure so don’t quote me on that

Yeah ...where is the question

This happened to me on 3.6.0 today. But it fixed itself after Iexited and came back to car five minutes later. Did not reset anything.

Seemed to resolve itself at the stroke of midnight. Maybe the Knicks had something to do with it?

Edit: seems like the internal nav works now but plugging in or wireless AA is still at the phantom location from this afternoon.

Edit 2: plugged my wife's phone in and Google maps tells me we are at the phantom spot. Curiouser and curiouser.

Edit 3: final report. Double tone reboot. AA is reporting correct location.

Okay, I did find one other person who had this issue: @Bunnylebowski

A deep sleep worked for him, so the double tone reboot would do the same.

This might be why the release notes said to let the car fully power down after the install? No idea.

I repeatedly find the rear A/C turned off, despite having passengers in the back. That's just maddening in the summer.
Yeah, you either have to turn it on in the pilot panel or they have to turn on with the screen. I do believe that is how they intended them to function, but I could be mistaken and we just have the same bug.

Yes. Odd thing here was this was the error came up 4 days after install. Must have had some good sleep by that point.

I updated version 3.6 approximately four days ago. Since then, I have received a prompt requesting identity verification in Vehicle; however, each time I enter my password—which I am confident is correct—I continue to receive a message indicating it is incorrect. Additionally, I am now seeing a warning that the Key-fob battery is nearly depleted. This is already my second battery replacement since I acquired Gravity less than three months ago.

I found the same behavior and have a mental note to make sure to turn on the rear AC whenever I carry passenger in the back.

I’ve also found the third row vents do not turn on when the third row seats are folded down. They only trigger with someone sitting in the third row, as others have mentioned. I compensate by turning the temperature down colder than normal when I carry my dogs back there, relying on general air circulation to keep that area cool.

I had frozen GPS / car location twice already on 3.6.0. Both times I kept swiping between different screens and after a few minutes it would start working again. Both times when it happened my car was parked in the garage that for sure had weak a GPS signal. But it still took a few minutes after leaving the garage for the location to be fixed. Reported my issue to SWFeedback.
I also had a case when left (driver side) blind spot camera showed with small (2-4) FPS. It was very choppy and was also visible on 360 camera. Soft-reset worked and also reported to SWFeedback.

Third row ac definitely need a body in seat before it activates. They have a sensor in them for that. Just like second row screen turns off unless a body is in that row.

Same. Would be a cool if a future update allowed us to activate the 3rd row vents manually.

There was someone else in Thai thread with that issue. Create new Passwort on lucid website and then login then with new password.

Add me to the list that had the GPS freeze. Both native navigation and CarPlay. After about 20min of driving and flipping between screens it un-stuck itself but then CarPlay began crashing every few minutes. Did a double tone reboot and seems to be working so far. This was after several days of driving with 3.6 installed and having no issues.

Have you updated the firmware in your key fob?
