Multiple system failures, car became undrivable

Hey, first post here. Lucid Gravity DE here, no serious issues other than the usual (keyfob, early software glitch, profile save issues).

However, yesterday the vehicle suddenly threw a cascade of errors and essentially stopped functioning. Messages included:

• “Vehicle Hold Error – Schedule Service” (“Use Brakes to Hold”)
• “Turn Signal Error – Schedule Service”
• “Reverse Light Error – Schedule Service”
• “Stability Control and Regenerative Braking Unavailable” (Drive With Caution)

At the same time, multiple warning icons lit up across the dash (safety systems, alerts, etc.). The combination of errors made the car effectively unusable, driving was limited and felt super bumpy. Lights were not working as well.

Tried both soft and hard resets, but no change.

Lucid has since towed the vehicle to service.

Curious if anyone else has seen a similar cluster of failures all at once, especially across seemingly unrelated systems (lighting, stability control, regen, hold, etc.).

Welcome! I haven’t seen that before. Hopefully lucid takes care of you swiftly

You may have encountered a different underlying problem, but I was told this was a known issue in 3.5.1 that will be fixed soon.

This just happened to me in a loaner Gravity. Randomly 4 alerts: regen braking unavailable, dream drive limited, reset drive failure. Brake hold warning. All at the same time while driving. Felt the regen turn off on the highway so it really was inactive. will let you know if a sleep cycle helps. Hard reset got rid of the rear drive warning. But now there is a Drive with Caution alert that is not dismissible.

Update - after a long, unplugged sleep , the loaner Gravity woke up to no errors. If it’s a 3.5.1 issue, Hopefully they can fix this in upcoming software update.

Crazy but true, when i got in my loaner gravity after lunch it started throwing errors that said Drive unavailable, then Stability Control disabled, etc etc, then it kinda blipped and went away. Sometimes it says "Lane Change Assist not available" but then changes lanes just fine.

I think its safe to ignore most of the warnings?

Yes, I started getting that error for last 2 days. Speed limited to 53 mph. Brake hold gone. Tried hard and soft reset. Nothing. Also sometimes it will have no error at all and will drive fine. Then suddenly next time I drive here it is. It's it's annoying. Service Center is far. I have to get it towed. Return estimate time 3-4 weeks. Costa Mesa service center.

Mine is not going away. I mean it does but returns back next day or same day.

I can ignore but the speed is limited to 53.
