Do used 2023 models come with free charging at EA chargers?

It technically applies to the original purchaser per the terms of the agreement. However, others have reported that it has stuck with the car, so it’s certainly possible.
I wouldn’t rely on it being a guarantee, since the terms say it doesn’t transfer, but I doubt they’ve “fixed it,” so if you do get it treat it as a nice bonus.
I just wouldn’t buy a car with that as a purchasing factor.

I bought a used 2022 Air in August of 2024. The original owner bought it new in September 2022. The 3 year free charging at Electrify America clock started in that month. The original owner got 1 year 11 months of free charging and I got 1 year and 1 month as the second owner. I installed a large Tesla solar panel system with 2 Powerwalls back in December. With gas prices pushing $6-$7 and home electricity rates sky rocketing here in Southern California the solar system is nice to have.
I purchased a 2023 in September and the free EA charging transferred with the purchase. The app shows a start date of 11/23 (enrollment date) and and end date of 12/26. The 11/23 date would match the purchase date of the original owner. So in my instance the 3 years of free EA charging did transfer.
The 2023 Lucid free EA charging promo is officially non-transferable. In practice, it stays with the VIN/car and works for used buyers via plug-and-charge.

I bought a used ‘23 AGT and had free charging at EA until the 3 year anniversary of when it was put in service.
