Issues Gravity Software Updates Haven't Yet Fixed

I am no expert, however it seems strange that it would have anything to do with the Lucid accounts. You have a Tidal family account, which allows for 6 total members. If you have Tidal on your phones, 3 cars, a Sonos and or computer (or two), you will have more than 6 total accounts.

Consider verifying with your Tidal account how many registered users and devices there are. Or, if you have multiple devices (cars included) that total more than 6, logout of some of them (one at a time) to verify the problem still exists?

Again, I'm not expert in this, but I can't imagine this relates to your Lucid registration. They are just a conduit for accessing your Tidal or Spotify or whatever service you are using.

Of course, each family member has to sign in with their own login - otherwise, it will appear as one person playing on multiple devices, which is a no-no.

Don't know if this is helpful, but all of us on the forum are trying...

There are only two users registered on Tidal and on Spotify, each with two devices counting the cars. There is no one else in the household but us, and when we are in the cars no one is using any other device than the car they're in. (If I stream music on my home desktop, I always do it from iTunes.) And it happens when one car is sourcing from Spotify and the other from Tidal. I know this because, when it happens, I call him in the other car to see what source he is using. (He has Spotify loaded into his driver profile in all three cars, just as I have Tidal loaded into my driver profile in all three cars. I prefer Tidal for the sound quality. He is Polish and most often listens to Polish artists, and Spotify has a much wider selection than Tidal.)

Remember, also, that this happens even if one of the cars switches to the USB stick in the front console as the music source. And, as we just found out yesterday, it doesn't happen if both cars are sourcing from a USB stick. So it has something to do with OTA streaming of music in at least one of the cars, regardless of whether the source is Tidal or Spotify.

If you (@hmp10) literally logout of Tidal on Gravity 1 and get out and lock it, then get in to gravity 2 and turn on Tidal, in theory you would be able to listen to Tidal in Gravity 2. WIth the door open on Gravity 2, still playing Tidal, can your husband get into Gravity 1, using his keyfob/keycard and play Tidal on his account? If your Tidal goes off in Gravity 2, then at least you have an easily reproducible event.

I decided to pause the Tidal subscription for now and live with Spotify. It's pretty bad that the Gravity can't play Tidal, and since some users have reported seeing it on 3.5.1, it's a bug only for some users.

I decided to pause the Tidal subscription for now and live with Spotify. It's pretty bad that the Gravity can't play Tidal, and since some users have reported seeing it on 3.5.1, it's a bug only for some users.

We went about a year in our Air with Tidal not working. One day I got in the car, and it wouldn't connect to Tidal. I called Lucid customer service, and they said the problem was with Tidal. I tried to contact Tidal customer service and found they pretty much have none. After several weeks of trying repeatedly to reload my account and seeking advice on this forum about a fix, I finally just canceled the account. I created a new account when our first Gravity arrived, and it's been working ever since in the Air and the Gravities . . . or at least most days. I sometimes have to log back into it after a software update -- something I don't usually have to do with Spotify.

So of all the stuff that goes on with my software, I think the strangest is that to which @hmp10 referred. It seems to degrade after each new OTA.

Everything was amazing with 3.5.1. Then my clearview cockpit stopped showing the front camera when parking (as others have reported). My screens began to freeze more - specifically the massage screen. It constantly thinks I am drowsy and need coffee (this may be a sunglasses issue).

Nothing huge, but not totally consistent either. This is why I am far less interested in new features coming out and more concerned with what’s going on inside my computer on wheels that seems to cause these issues.
