There are quite a few negative Lucid service experiences, so I will post my positive Gravity service experience in Rocklin, CA. I had an issue with the rear lift gate intermittently not opening on the first try. I called the service dept. on a Thursday afternoon and scheduled service for the following Monday. I was offered valet pickup of my Gravity with an Air dropped off as a loaner. I live around an hour from the service center. Monday morning my Gravity was picked up and it was finished by Monday evening. Rocklin scheduled a valet drop of the next morning of my Gravity. From the first call for service to getting the Gravity dropped back off at my house it was a great experience. The only negative is the short amount of seat time I got with the AGT. Having owned a Tesla Model S, the AGT was a really fun car to drive.

My car is still in rockling for my delivery issues and a few random things that popped up. Lorenzo in rocklin has always taken good care of me and im 3 hours away!

Thank you for sharing your service experience, @Kairide. I am glad that it all went well for you!

must be nice. here in Los Angeles I am told, drop off your car and we will keep it for 2 weeks and maybe then we get to it ... just not acceptable for me for just fixing the frunk. now that its getting warmer, it consinstely works better actually on opening at the first try, so not a big deal anyway.

Same here in San Diego sadly. I'm glad some SCs seem to be running smoothly but after taking more than a week to even be able to communicate with someone to bring my Gravity in for a drive system warning it's just been sitting there for 9 days now and hasn't even been looked at yet. I'll give credit that they've at least told me nothing has happened with it yet but it's still a bit frustrating to deal with.

Rocklin seems to be in better shape than many of Lucid's locations. Which makes me happy. If I purchase a GGT as planned, Rocklin will be my closest Lucid service center.

The Seattle shop is really good too, the issues I have had are beyond their control really. Nothing but nice things to say about their whole team actually.

You’re lucky, I had an excellent buying experience at Rocklin and now an excellent service experience as well.

West Palm Beach, FL has been great. They’re working with what they got. My car was in service for 42 non consecutive days the first four months of ownership.

Well if we're doing shout outs, shout out to the Mechanicsville,VA service center (aka The Bunker)!
Technicians response time to inquiries and actual service has been fantastic!
The mobile service as well.

San Diego and SJ were both hit by layoffs, but I assume there’s a hiring plan in place. No idea about LA.
