Lucid Gravity 3.4.4 Software Update

I plugged in last night after getting the update over the weekend and saw an increase on average amps during the session. Last night it averaged around 60A up from the 50A average after having my main power box replaced. It still doesn't want to hold 80A for more than 15-30 minutes. It's still dumbfounding other Gravity's and the Air can hold a higher continuous 80A range charging session, while some of us struggle with it. C'mon Lucid, do better!

No idea! I'm in the Houston area, the low last night was around 67 degrees, and the garage wasn't much warmer or cooler than outside I'd imagine.
 
Were you planning on going somewhere 300 miles away at 2am or is this purely just an “I’m mad at numbers that dont impact me in any way” situation?

Mmm... I was wondering if ambient temp was causing some type of thermal limit on the inverter but 67 is reasonably cool.

Try I'm a little salty the $120k+ vehicle I just bought doesn't perform as advertised due to various quality build issues, this is the major one on my end, but there's more...Whether or not you or anyone else agrees with it doesn't really matter and people need to learn to stay in their lane with their comments...What makes this forum a great resource is the ability of members to share good and bad info from their Lucid experience to help educate current owners and potential future owners...Accepting anything but perfection from someone you've paid premium for a product is selling yourself and everyone else who has bought that product short...It's just not me!...

I, for one, appreciate the data. We are observing that the AC charging system isn’t behaving as expected. This was followed by an experiment, data collection/analysis, and communication (leading to healthy debate.)

These are four of the six steps in the modern scientific method that has driven our technological advances. I’d rather not go back to the medieval age where powerful people dictated what was “truth” and all opposing viewpoints were squashed.

Addendum: Add in hypothesis (something is wrong with the AC charging) and conclusion (yes, data shows something is wrong) and you have all six steps of the modern scientific method.

I am having traction control issues after updating to 3.4.4 the car is now often cutting power when I go from reverse to drive frequently or even when I accelerate from a stop. This seems to be a safety issues as the car will move very slowly until I fully remove my foot from the accelerator and re apply it. In which process the car slows significantly due to regen. Not a fun experience in traffic. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is serious. I would schedule service. This could be a drive system hardware problem.

Do you get the same behavior with regen off?

Agree and yet I understand what @pezpunk is suggesting.

One person's relevant data leading to investigate/discussion are another person's irrelevant data it's close enough.

I have never seen that and you should schedule service immediately, imho. Do you hear anything when this happens?
 
My gravity was working almost flawlessly before 3.4.4 update, but now showing strange problems: small red triangle alert on the screen with no other info, the car is less responsive to key fob button clicks , etc. Regret that I updated.

Does the notification area (the little bell) on the right of the driver panel show anything when you tap it?

Unfortunately not for those errors. I’m assuming that whole panel is touch, would be cool if you could just tap the error and it tells you what the issue is.
