Heater and Defroster Not Working - 2023 Lucid Air Pure

Today my Lucid Air Pure heating system stopped working and displayed messages letting me know that the heating system and defroster are not working and advising me to schedule service. The car had been performing well for the past 11K miles. Odometer has almost 22K miles. This incident seems like the first major issue the car has had. Anyone with heating system issues? Lucid had no loaners available and said a rental would be provided. I only got an Uber ride home, after dropping off the car.

Mine just did the same thing a few days ago. Also, the navigation system thinks I am parked at the San Diego Airport, which I haven't been in 5 days.

have you tried the steering wheel reboot?

Yes, I tried it twice to no avail.

I called service today and am waiting for a call back to schedule. Glad I am still under warranty.
