I took delivery of my GGT on 12/30 and a few weeks ago got around to trying out the videos inside sanctuary mode…at least I tried to. For every video, including the Lucid one, the only option I have is for audio playback. Inside the screen for each of the videos, instead of there being a “Play” button, the button says “Play Audio.” The car is in park and I have tried rebooting but it doesn’t seem to resolve it. Is there something I am missing to enable video playback of the sanctuary videos?

If I left sanctuary and went back in, it would work. That was on 3.3.22. Haven’t got the car back on 3.4.1

I noticed the same too, I took delivery on 11/28 and it did work a couple updates ago, but I didn't try it again until recently. My car only has the regular sound system. I had 3 other bugs queued up to file tomorrow, but this might be another.

Just to add, I am still on 3.3.20 (which the car was delivered with) and the car does have SSPro.

I had the cockpit panel go black once, while playing Sanctuary video under v3.3.20. An infotainment reboot fixed it. I have not had any issues since 3.4.1. Played it the other day while fast charging.

I actually had this when we first got the car too. In our one and only service visit, they fixed it; I actually don't know how, but my understanding is it was a software issue. Perhaps they just needed to repush the update.

I suspect if you update, this will be fixed.

If it isn’t an issue that others have had nor has a known resolution, my guess is also that a software update might resolve. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the 3.4.1 update.
 
In the advertising clips they showed several Sanctuary Mode videos, e.g. Joshua Tree at sunset. My Gravity still only has just the oceanside video. Anyone heard news of when/how we can get the others?

You should have four total right now plus the two instructional videos in three categories in the Sanctuary mode screen.

I know that a few updates have removed them and then they re-downloaded over a couple of days after and when I took delivery in December I had the same thing (the car was updated the morning I picked it up). If you don't have them I'd probably ask customer care or service and see if they can be pushed to the car somehow.
 
Under Lucid Spaces we only have Viridian (the seascape). Under Well Being we have three, After a Long Day, Stargazing, and Singing Bowls. Under Discover we have Welcome to Lucid Gravity and Steering Wheel Feature.

If you watch the Welcome to Lucid Gravity video there are 2 or 3 Lucid Spaces videos referred to (e.g. Muir Woods) that apparently have never been released. Wonder what held them up?
 
since the 3.4.1 update I have not had video for sanctuary- honestly it odoesn't bug me as I never used it except to see what it was
 
I would like the ability to download my own videos for the Sanctuary Mode. Imagine, flying a glider at 18,000 feet and admiring the mountains from above!

I can imagine that very well. My other vehicle is a hang glider.
(Although I haven't done it in years and never got above 7000'.)
 
Ha! Density altitude at my airport, Moriarty, NM, 0E0, often approaches 10,000' in the summer! It's much cooler at altitude. I don't have the glider any more, but I still have the videos.
