Service seems to have gotten less backed up, even mobile!

Yes they are. There seems to be some disagreement here about the Scottsdale service center:

Lena no longer works at the Scottsdale location nor does my previous mobile rep. Both of whom were phenomenal. I’ve never complained in the past about the level of service delivered to me. The amount of service sure but not the level of service. That is until this last encounter. I still can’t believe they had to make an exception on fixes that I tried to have fixed via mobile and called 10 days before my warranty was up. That’s next level gymnastics if you ask me.

Sad to hear Lena is no longer there. She was great.

Yep. I waited 2 months for an appointment at BH and they promptly parked the car in a garage. When I asked about status... won't look at the car for 3 weeks. 70 people ahead of you. No mobile option. Woefully understaffed for the LA area.
That's what I don't get and it's beyond frustrating. If they know they're not going to look at it for 3 weeks then simply don't take the car! I'd rather be told "we can't work on it for 3 weeks" and allow me to take the car in 3 weeks vs just having it sit in a garage at BH. And yes, Mobile Service seems completely non existent in LA.

From my understanding, she still works for lucid just not for the Scottsdale service center. Her replacement Christ is very nice though! And has given me updates every couple days. Unfortunately those updates aren’t much other than they haven’t started on the cars service yet but still better than nada.

They’re gonna wind up with a bunch of lemon law claims with cars sitting around like that. In most states it’s 30 days of downtime and you’re out.

Had a suspension clunk, wanted to schedule mobile service.

The app worked fine and showed dates (!)

I emailed for mobile and got a reply in less than 24 hours (!!)

Repair scheduled for end of month no problem (!!!)

Whatever their strategy is seems to be working!
I also have the suspension "clunk," since I got the Air Touring last November. Is yours coming from the back, when you go over speed bumps or dips in the road? Mine seems to happen mostly after the Air has been parked for a while, happens once or twice, and then stops until I let it sit parked again for a while.

That sounds like the automatic parking brake actually. Mine is a very specific clunk in a control arm or tower.
