What is typical timeframe for staged rollout of software updates to be available to all owners? A few days or a few weeks? Assuming no glaring problem with the early installers.

Within a week it should hit everyone, it’s not a super extended roll out, not that many vehicles out there.

It seemed like for Gravity they were pretty fast, not sure how much that might change as more and more people are taking delivery though.
 
I might be overthinking and going too far, but I'm planning to do a hard reboot even before attempting the update. I'm thinking that this way I can minimize the chances of something going wrong during the update process. But most likely won't make a difference.

From chatting with customer service about this in the past, up to two weeks is considered normal by Lucid.

I did not get 3.3.9 offered after 2-weeks from release. But I texted with Lucid support and they pushed it to the car. Initially they said they cannot do that, but they clearly can. The second I got the text message, I got the notification from the car the update is ready. Probably will wait a week and if it doesnt come automatically, I will text them again ;-)
 
Customer service said they push the update to keep and it should be available to install later today
