@Nick.Twork . Your one comment buried in over 10,000 on the YouTube video isn't cutting it and neither is ignoring the situation hoping it blows over. I'm sure there's a debate about trying to avoid amplifying it by responding....but honestly, I think they need to. If I didn't already own a Lucid, I'd personally be looking for some sort of follow up from the company to see that they acknowledge the issues and have a defined specific plan and timeline for resolution. If I was a potential customer, I don't think I'd be taking the gamble on a car this expensive that had the appearance of being that big of a mess in the video. The clock is ticking and the timer may have already run out for many of those customers seeking reassurance.
