I just took delivery of my Gravity (Includes the technology package) There is only a single video included in the sanctuary, is there a way to add additional video's? Test drive vehicle had two, website features additional videos. Thanks!

Same here, took delivery & within Sanctuary mode it is missing "Lucid Spaces" & "Wellbeing" - probably need delivery advisor at SC to install

Currently, there’s one video of waves, can’t remember title/category. And there are three meditation videos. And then a couple instructional/ info videos. The Joshua Tree video from the website and in some studio cars is not on regular production Gravity yet.
Lucid will introduce more over time. There is no way to load them or install on your own.

What version of software are you on? If you're on the latest (3.3.9), then yes, you'll need to contact service.

They’re overwhelmed right now. Normally, no. But because it’s not a “vehicle isn’t drivable” issue, it is likely prioritized behind other higher priority issues.
Just being honest. Not saying that’s the way it should be, and it won’t always be.
I think it varies by region too. It was a month wait here but now it’s back down to a week

Anyone know how to get additional Sanctuary videos please? lucid website shows two called "Muir Woods" and "Joshua Tree" but my Gravity doesn’t have these.

It was fixed via OTA update. I have the ocean meditation now.
