Switch keys

Frequently, when we enter the Lucid Air, I'm driving but my wife's key is picked up first, and we cannot figure out how to switch between keys (so that my settings are used instead of hers). We had a Model S for 10 years and switching between keys was easy, but we cannot figure out how to do this in the Lucid Air. Are we missing something obvious with the Lucid Air?

Do you mean switching between user profiles? It's in your owner's manual:

Thank you for the tip, I had not looked much at the Owners Manual. When I tap my avatar, it only allows me to sign out. There is no listing of profiles.

Yes, you can switch profiles. I am saying about wrong profile being picked and profile switching taking too long. For Lucid they want us to think this is a rocket since to figure this bugs and fix them.

The car has knowledge of all the profiles with all their keys... those profiles include face pictures... sure would be nice if when the driver gets into their seat the car noted that there are two keys present and chose the profile which matches the driver's face rather than that of the first key that connected to it before anyone was in the driver's seat.

That is a feature on the Air, though I don't know how well it works - I imagine they will bring it to Gravity as well.

It can be less than helpful with a partner of modest height. Once my Air has switched to her profile, I can't easily get my face in front of the camera to trigger the correction.
