Passenger Door Soft Close Issue

Hello!

Anyone else notice a door doesn't have the soft close door function as well as others? Mine is my rear driver's side door. It's clearly not working as well as the front ones. Not sure if this is a recall item or a warranty item to be resolved by service? If it's the latter then I'll need to get that scheduled as I only have 10k miles left on warranty.

Not that common, actually, but not super rare either.

Yes! I have this issue with one of the doors. It’s also harder to open the same door. Has anyone had this fixed yet? I just got the car back after a few days getting the FDU replaced and don’t want to give it up again. Any chance it’s a mobile service?

It’s probably mobile if it’s just a striker adjustment
