At random times the radio playback will become distorted, sounding like it is playing at half speed. Doesn’t matter the source. Could be FM, XM, CarPlay, etc. Reboot does help - but not always. Anyone experience this? And/or have any ideas?

This happened to me once ages ago; it was fixed with a reboot and has never come back since. Happened to all audio when it happened. A reboot has always fixed it in my case, and it's only happened like maybe 2-3 times (I can't think of the third, tbh) in almost four years.

If yours is happening more regularly and/or not getting cleared on a reboot, I haven't had the same issue.

This has happened to me as well. I think it's only happened 2 times. I thought the car was possessed.

Reboot fixed it both times.

This happens to me often. Few times a week. Reset fixes it, but I can't do that while driving. Every source affected, even live radio. Phone calls will get staticy, but not slow down.

I've brought this in twice for this. First time they couldn't reproduce it and no codes, so they didn't do anything. Second time they replaced the center computer since I sent them a video of it happening. Still does it.

Has anyone had this problem and gotten it successfully fixed? Happens too often to ignore.

It's my only issue with an otherwise perfect car. But it might keep me from buying it after the lease if they can't fix it.

Only Bluetooth issue I have is phone calls get garbled and static after about 10 minutes. Like a memory leak or something.

I've experienced this a few times as well and reboot has always fixed it. In fact, I rarely go 4 or 5 days without some phone or audio issue. I'm starting to get used to just rebooting every day and it seems to do the trick.
