If it’s like Tesla and Rivian, yes, I think that’s how it would display, but perhaps there’s an Air owner who knows…

It’s kind of odd that it’s almost all stock footage. They show the CCS/J1772 charge port for the Gravity, for example, but she talks about NACS.

To be fair, you really can’t get the Gravity for under about $115,000 if you want leather, dynamic handpick (a must!), dream drive pro, better sound, etc. Not sure what the $130,000 gets you on the Cadillac. I still think Gravity is far better, but the price point isn’t really $30,000 less than IQ, I think.

The Escalade IQL looks like a beast, a heavy beast. I'm not a fan of GM's tackiness though with their tech. It feels a bit underutilized from the reviews I've seen. Still, the range is impressive even though it isn't efficient.

It's truly hard to compare these two vehicles, the only thing that's honestly similar is the price point and even then Escalade IQ and IQL are priced at a higher segment.

The IQ, Hummer EV and Sierra EV are essentially the same platform and what I think about when I heard Lucid refer to “dumb range”.

Stuff a massive battery and do not concern yourself with efficiency or thoughtful packaging. THese two are thrown together because of price and market position but are worlds away from each other in design + engineering.
