For some reason ever since the iPhone app was updated last week to v2.2.0, my Apple Watch app has stopped working. Whenever I open the app, it simply says: “Sign in to the Lucid mobile app to sync it with your Watch, then check back in a few minutes”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the iPhone app, uninstalled and reinstalled the Watch app and even unpaired and repaired the watch, but none of that got it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

Weird. Mine is still working. Just checked it.

Strange - it just started working for me again.

I am having the same issue and it is not working at all

All I see in the app is my range. I can swipe to two blank screens. Am I supposed to be able to do/see other info?

On the second screen you should see buttons to lock/unlock the car, open frunk/trunk/charging, etc. On the third it allows me to select vehicle, but I have only one, so it's useless for me.

Interesting. I don’t see that in the second screen, even when car is awake and I can see it on my phone. I wonder if it’s an issue with the Gravity specifically.

I was so excited when I first saw it was available as I really wanted one for my Rivian. I will keep messing with it.

I have the Air. The app is not as good as Tesla's (which could unlock and authorize the car without the phone), but I use it quite often to turn on the AC, and occasionally I even drive the car without a phone or a fob.

Sadly no - and no mention of plans for one.
Android watch version would make opening the trunk and frunk easier and more accessible. Currently either I would have to wait until the car recognizes that I'm next to it so that it can unlock first before I can push the trunk button. The frunk is harder since I have to open the door to push the frunk button. If the car doesn't sense the mobile key then I would have to pull out the phone to unlock first. Wish I could use the frunk more often but it's a hassle to open especially if its raining.

Just wanted to chime in on an old topic...I just had my Apple watch updated and now it will not connect to the Lucid GT. I deleted and reloaded Lucid app on both iPhone 16 Pro and Watch 10 but still get "unable to connect to vehicle" on the watch. Phone works like a charm.
BTW Bobby, I finally swapped my Android for an iPhone....just before Android auto finally came out. So far, iPhone ok but miss some Galaxy options.

Interesting as well. I just updated my Apple Watch OS. Watch App connects to car when phone app is open in background on phone - just doesn’t tell me anything other than miles remaining on first screen. Blank second screen, and what looks like ability to toggle to other Lucid’s on third screen, jut now words and I only have the Gravity, so doesn’t really matter.

Watch App is entirely dependent on phone app, right? So it’s kind of pointless if I have to make sure the car is awake via phone app first…

I don't think it is dependent on the phone app. My watch has cellular service and the it can control the car without the phone. But I don't think it speaks Bluetooth, it uses the cloud to control it.

My watch app only shows info if I have my phone app open. First time I opened my watch app, it instructed me to open app on phone to make sure it worked…strange.

So an iwatch with LTE can control the car independent of cell mobile key? Did you have to pair the watch to the car?

It needs the phone for the initial setup, but then it works fine without the phone. I often leave my phone home and can unlock the car just with the watch.

I don't think you can pair the watch directly to the car.

That's pretty cool. Too bad the iWatch doesn't work too well with galaxy android phones. Does the car unlock quicker with the watch only?
