I have a ‘22 GT which came with DD Pro. I was looking at the website and see that ‘26 GT don’t come with DD Pro and it’s fall availability if selected. Looks like DD Premium is standard now. What’s the difference between DD Premium, ‘22 DD Pro and the new? ‘26 DD Pro? Anyone know?

Thanks,

No difference between 22 Pro and 26 Pro. They just made it optional in more recent years. It was standard on the original GTs.

Pro adds hardware that Premium doesn't get. More cameras, LiDAR, Radar, etc. So if you go Premium, you will not be able to upgrade to Pro.

Basically, newer features like Hands Free and other more advanced stuff that's in the pipeline will not be available to cars with Premium. But the basic ACC and lane keeping stuff is available in Premium.

Lucid explains the differences in the Configurator.

There might be confusion about Gravity DreamDrive 2 and Air DreamDrive pricing and features.

Currently, to clarify, although Gravity DreamDrive 2 would get a minimum of hands-on Active Lane Centering without Premium or Pro, but that is not the case with Air DreamDrive Premium that doesn't provide that feature. Air owners need to pay for Air DreamDrive Pro for the lane centering feature.

Originally there was Dream Drive and Dream Drive Pro. The upgrade to Pro was expensive but regular DD did not include the 360 cameras which many considered essential and was normally available from Lucid's competitors. Lucid responded by creating Premium which added the cameras (and a few other things) but not the Lidar, etc. This was a good and responsive move by Lucid.
