Canopy Shades

Whelp, it's gonna be 100 degrees in NY today. I purchased the Canopy shades shortly after I got my AT a couple of months ago. I have to say...despite the recent heat in NY, the car remained relatively cool without the shades. I've found that it does a pretty good job of reducing the sun/heat, but the glass does get super hot and radiates just a bit.

After hitting 98 yesterday (and bright sunshine) I installed the shades this morning. It was already 90 when I left for work this AM. The car felt a little different (darker) but definitely cooler. The real test will be this afternoon when I return to the car. It's projected to hit 100 today with bright sunshine.

I think the shades fit perfectly and look good. It's a great option for the AT (w/glass canopy). I'll probably leave 'em in thru August.

They are very functional and good looking. I leave them in for about nine months of the year in northern CA. I like that you can still see the sky a bit through them.

About 100 degrees here today (and yesterday, and tomorrow). The shades work great for me. Bonus: they look great too. Extra bonus: easy to install & remove

Honestly, the worst thing about them is figuring out how to fold the (large) rear one in the right way to fit it back in the sleeve for storage

I did a 70% Xpel XR ceramic tint on the whole windshield/canopy and that has helped a ton and you can barely tell it’s tinted.

The real test will be this afternoon when I return to the car. It's projected to hit 100 today with bright sunshine.

Was 101 degrees for my ride home this afternoon. Car cooled down reasonably quickly. The shades did a great job of not only blocking the sun, but seemingly reflected the heat off the glass as well. Very pleased.
