I find your post full of strange, unsupported claims.
There is no such organization as the Hiway Safety Transportation Board. Or HSTB. Perhaps you are talking about National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Further, the NHTSA had never made requirements what each vehicle is supposed to do from "1 car to the next" That sounds nonsensical.
Your excuse that it would take too long to read the manual to correctly operate the car had been rejected by every court in the country. If you don't want to learn how to transport new high tech vehicles, stick with a Ford Focus.
Your claim that Lucid is on some imaginary "fine" list from an imaginary organization, for some imaginary regulation failure, is simply a fabrication.
I have researched the NTSB database. There are no reports from anyone whatsoever about Lucid's failing to hold in park. No reports of any Lucid fine by any safety agency. No unresolved safety investigations. Nothing. From what I see, you may be the first person to ever drop a Lucid!
Sorry, but It seems you came to a Lucid owners forum looking for support for your actions; hoping we Lucid owners will support your error. And you try to get support from us by casting false claims against Lucid of fines, stock prices, and rollaways? How do you think that will work out?
