Twraps headlight filters

I'm not sure I'd go this way, but just wondering whether anyone has tried TWRAP's headlight tinting film? Their 3 "smoke" options transmit 30%, 50%, and 70% of the visible light.

Given how bright the lights are, I can imagine being fine with 70% transmission -- hard to imagine going lower than that unless I always drove on streetlit streets. Out of town, I might even use the high beams!

I've had a few incidences of folks flashing me while on low beams around my medium-sized town, but not all that common (the shadows seem property placed). But I am aware of how bright they are and am a little sensitive about riding the bleeding edge of the increasingly contentious modern headlight-intensity curve.....

Just got a Black Stealth Touring. I tinted the windows 20% installed the 30% for the front and back and changed the lettering to red. Also have Red Lucid lettering for the center caps.

If this is the case, your headlights are almost certainly misaligned, and you should have service check it.

I’ll add it to list of “little stuff to have them check” whenever I do a service. So far (pushing 5 months), nothing serious enough to actually need to call about! (Being 2 hrs away means it’s a bit of a thing—and I think the headlight check needs to be in the shop)

The flashing is rare enough that I’ve assumed it’s just people still adjusting to how bright low beams can be these days, and maybe a curve or bump making the shadow slightly miss them. It’s a tiny proportion of my night time encounters, and the shadow’s out there in the oncoming lane, at least close to where it seems it should be.

It’s that the headlights are actually self-leveling; you can see this going up or down a hill. If they are miscalibrated, that self-leveling won’t work correctly.

I bought Red Overlay stickers from a member of this forum. Great quality and really changes the look.
