Wow. That's even tackier than I thought. And the location that close to the door is weird.

How did this thing get past the design team? It doesn't look like it even conforms to the curve in the fender.

Could be a perspective thing but honestly that doesn't even look like it's on there straight? (my lines, attempting to follow the beltline of the car, and the windows, then underlining the bear's feet.....)

Dissenting voice here… I think it looks pretty sweet.

I wish the sapphire had something like this instead of a sticker. I’m sure Lucid will be able to give you the badging if you need to wrap the vehicle, same as they will sell you new back badging.

This is honestly a non-issue imo.

BTW to Osyris, I do apologize. I hate that I am participating in internet crapping on your new car. I am jealous. I hope we are not taking too much of the joy out of this for you. It's def not personal and I am grateful for you sharing.

At least it looks as if you might be able to get it off safely with fishing line and a heat gun.

I'll report back on what my delivery advisor finds out about a delete option.

Yes. 100%.

I'm going to use a ceramic-infused wrap (Xpel Ultimate Fusion), so I doubt the badge would adhere on top of the film even if I wanted it.

P. S. I'm an admitted outlier in how viscerally I react against these bear logos Lucid likes to put all over their cars -- a subject of lengthy discussions in the olden days of this forum.

It's a homage. California bears live in hill country.

Same with considering PPF up on that part of the vehicle and wondering if it can come without the bear to put it on after, if it will even work on top of the film or a ceramic coating. I personally dont mind the bear itself at all and would put it right back there. If the bear however wont go on top of the PPF, i got a graphics guy I work with and we may be able to work something out…

I know ceramic coatings have to be removed before a PPF will adhere properly. That's why I'm thinking that the bear badge might be difficult to reattach over Xpel's ceramic-infused PPF -- or perhaps any PPF with hydrophobic properties.

I had to replace the Air logo on my trunk because one of its corners snagged on the loop of a microfiber drying towel. I think this slightly raised bear badge might pose the same issue around the ear and the beard. (When I saw the first photo I thought the edges were chamfered, but now I see the badge is actually flat but raised above the paint surface.)

@Osyris Ok, I am going to ask the question on everyone’s mind. What are the mystery accessories that come with the Dream? I am assuming the frunk seat and maybe a charger
