It's somewhat challenging to keep up with all the reviews. I'll add that one to my list.

How about this for a thought exercise:

1. Get a lot of reservations, mostly from existing Air owners
2. Go dark
3. Make no cars available for test drives before deliveries - eliminates the possibility of cancellations of orders if test drives are underwhelming
4. Make deliveries sight unseen

That’s one way to avoid cancellations! (obviously tongue in cheek)
