Lucid User ID Photo Not Showing in Infotainment

I added a photo for my user ID on the Lucid app over a week ago. For some reason, it won't upload to the car. I've re-added the photo to the app and done the Air logo reset with no success. Has anyone dealt with this issue?
 
are you only owner/profile for the Lucid account?

I think you have to sign out and log back in for the change to show.
 
I am trying to change the my photo as it appears in the car. I've been able to make the change on my iphone Lucid app but it won't transfer to the vehicle. Lucid tech was out here on Friday for another issue and he was unable to change photo in vehicle. He thought it might be a weak internet connection but that was not issue. I was hoping last night's software update would make a difference but no luck.
 
As discussed before in this thread sign out of your account in the car and sign back in and the picture will update.
 
Since no one's asked, it's your profile the primary one? If not, you want be able to send your pictures to the car.
 
I am the only profile on the vehicle. I changed the photo on my iphone hoping it would change on the vehicle profile but it did not.

Have you logged out of and back in to your Lucid account in the car, as suggested earlier?
