Go Cats! Me too… and my son.

i love telling people who ask that the car is made in Casa Grande, you can immediately see a bit of AZ pride in that

Welcome. I was probably one of the others.

that is a beauty! indeed, think i saw you going up Craycroft; almost wish i’d gone for the R with 19” wheels… the sprint mode in the P version is basically unnecessary

Yes, I live near Craycroft and Sunrise (Finisterra), although the above picture was taken at my Saguaro Ranch lot where I will be building a new home.

I did get the DE Performance wheels. I may use them in the summer, but I keep the car in Smooth mode.

Welcome, when did you pick up your DE? I saw a black DE in the Scottsdale service center on Tuesday. I am wondering if it was yours?

It was there on Tuesday, but couldn't pick it up until Thursday... was a little nervous driving it home from Scottsdale in rush hour down I-10, but got it into the garage without a scratch and only a few dead bugs; what were you doing doing there on Tuesday?

I had an AC whistle fixed. I dropped my car of on Tuesday and picked up Thursday late afternoon. Congratulations on the DE. The Scottsdale service center people are great in case you ever need them.

How dare you....blasphemy

wow, in hindsight it does sound blasphemous... but just because something is unnecessary doesn't mean I won't buy it and love it! and you have a tough case to make saying that Sprint mode on the Dream P is somehow necessary to go fast, or that the Dream R is slow

No but only one of those configurations I can say "why yes, I have a 1,000 hp car..."

EXACTLY! That is the real point...and why I chose as I did. Bragging rights. And I do plan on taking it to the local drag strip occasionally. My dad was saying his neighbor was bragging about his 900 hp Corvette and I laughed... my Model 3 Performance is still faster and the new Lucid has 1111 hp and is much faster!

Take your choice though, can brag about 1,111 or 520… both amazing

Very nice! Saguaro Ranch is beautiful, my parents live up near Dove Mountain; Craycroft and Sunrise are great for cruising around, and we live off Hacienda del Sol Rd, which can be a fun drive too, but I'm always on the hunt for smooth roads where I may actually be able to push the car a bit. Love driving up Mt. Lemmon, it's nearly perfect, but never fast due to safety reasons, seen a lot of people hurt bad driving too fast on Mt. Lemmon, mostly motorcycles
