i purchased similar car, mileage 2 months ago from a big Porsche dealer who could not help with details on the story of how it arrived or the 2 prior owners over 700 miles

Yes, I would ask Lucid to do a "history check" on the car. All this should involve is the VIN.

Just go plug and play…
If first attempt fails, try after linking the car to you account. Wait for the app to ask you to choose the station ID and see if that helps..
lastly, call CS and see if they can help….
