Using App at home - why do car headlights go on?

I noticed that every time I login to the Lucid app my garage camera picks up movement in the garage. When the car wakes up with the app, the headlights go on for a second, thereby triggering the camera. The security camera then sends me a video of the motion.

Is this normal?

My old BMWs and my son’s Bolt EUV do not show any lights on outside the car when we access the vehicle via the app.

Each time when you wake the car, everything turns on headlights included.

Yup, that’s been my experience too.
