Hi mbendy, I had similar experience as you last Friday and lucid is here trying to deny my claim that it was my fault. How did you go about your issues. Did help find the solution at the end. Please i will need you help fighting lucid regarding this issue. Just bought the car 2 months ago. Here is the response they sent to me.
