Wrong Driver Profile Loads… Sometimes

On our 26 AT, every once in a while when I get in the car, it loads my wife’s profile. This can happen at any time, and there is no pattern that I can figure out. Sometimes it’s when we are both getting into the car or it’s just me and she is no where close by. The fobs are stored away from the garage because we just use our phones as the key. My wife is currently in a different country, with her phone, and I get into the car, it loads her profile. I have my fob, phone, and facial recognition all set in my profile, am 6’3” with a beard, my wife is 5 feet tall (no beard). How is it possible that the car thinks my wife is the one getting in the car when her phone thousands of miles away, fobs are not close, and the faces couldn’t be more different? The only saving grace is that I’ve learned not to touch the brake pedal until I check which profile the car decided to load so the seat doesn’t try crushing me into the steering wheel and raising me into the glass roof. I’ve deleted and readded my phone as the key, but I’m thinking I should delete my entire profile and start over. Anyone else run into this and if so, any luck finding a solution? Currently on 2.8.30, but this has been happening pretty much since we picked up the car in September 2025. Thanks!

for the past 3-1/2 yrs, my 2022 AGT often forgets my seat setting/ask for a PIN/etc.. It comes and goes. Very annoying. I think this is an on-going saga with Lucid's SW problems.
