I cannot get Wired CarPlay to work through either USB port (I’ve tried several different cables as well) and two different iPhones, and several reboots of the phones and the car. Wireless connection works fine. Any one else encountered this issue?

Yes, I've experienced the same issue for the past couple of months. In addition to neither USB port allowing me to connect to CarPlay wirelessly, neither allowed a flash drive of music (that I had be using successfully for years) to be recognized. Wireless CarPlay also worked fine for me. The car is in service now (for a regular change to winter wheels) and I have flagged that issue for them, along with the intermittent loss of music on Tidal I also have been experiencing. They have told me they cannot reproduce the USB port failure. They even sent me pictures of the screen on my car showing a different iPhone connected wirelessly and my flash drive playing music. I am delighted, but I haven't figured out yet what they did differently, and don't have the car back yet to check if it works for me. Incidentally, they don't think they did anything to fix it. As background, I tried every scenario I could imagine to get either the phone or flash drive to work through either USB port, changing profiles, changing cables, doing resets, etc., for at least two months before raising the issue with customer service. (They have now had the car for more than a week, though, so they may be looking at the issue more closely.)

Something I forgot to add, the issue with the USB ports started after I upgraded to the faster chip.
